SEA Environmental Report on the final consultative draft Core Paths Plan

What do we want to know?:  As required under the provisions of European Directive 2001/42/EC and Regulation 15 of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) on the final consultative draft of the Core Paths Plan, has been undertaken. The Environmental Report sets out the likely significant environmental effects of the plan and considers measures to mitigate these effects. This consultation aims to gather the comments of the public and stakeholders.
Outcome: 

A summary of the comments received during the consultation to the SEA Environmental Report will be made available later in the year.  The comments made in relation to the Environmental Report will be used to help develop the final Core Paths Plan.
