What do we want to know?: We are pleased to present the new Glasgow City Joint Adult Services Plan 2012/13 for consultation. This Plan sets out the joint vision, objectives and priorities for change in the delivery of care and support services in order to address the needs and aspirations of vulnerable adults and older people in the City.
The Joint Adult Services Plan 2012/13 also expresses a commitment to partnership working on behalf of Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
It is intended as a reference point for all staff, service users, carers and members of the public as it outlines the most significant current and future development across service provision in Glasgow.
We would like to know what you think about the commitments and proposals set out in this draft Plan. All comments will be considered and will inform the final version.
Consultation will close at midnight on 27th July 2012. A summary of feedback received will be published on Glasgow City Councils website, with the final plan in early September.
If you have any further general questions or are having difficulty filling out this form, please contact the Planning & Performance Team on 0141 287 8744 or email the SW_CommunicationsUnit@glasgow.gov.uk.
The consultation is also available in PDF format and can be printed and sent to -
