The Food Safety Team of Land and Environmental Services at Glasgow City Council would like to better understand your preferences and use of takeaways. This is part of a project to assess whether production changes at fast food outlets can be introduced to improve the nutritional content in fast food dishes.

The information provided will be used to identify the types of dishes to target for improvement at takeaways.

The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes and will be available until Monday 6th April. The information gathered will only be used for the purposes of this exercise.
