What do we want to know?: In 2013, we published the Council’s first set of Equality Outcomes as part of our duty under the Equality Act 2010. An equality outcome is a result which a public sector organisation aims to achieve in order to eliminate discrimination, advance equality of opportunity and/or foster good relations between groups of people who share protected characteristics.
We are now required to develop a new set of outcomes for 2017-2021. We would like your views on our current outcomes and how we can improve the next set.
The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete.
