What do we want to know?: Policy CDP 10 of the City Development Plan includes details on certain non-mainstream residential land uses and this guidance provides detailed assessment criteria for these including details on short stay and tourist accommodation, purpose built student accommodation, multiple occupancy and care in the community housing.
