What do we want to know?: The Glasgow Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategy (LHEES) is a statutory requirement from Scottish Government which will inform the development and implementation of Heat Networks and the decarbonisation of heating across Glasgow. The aim of the consultation to engage with the public and stakeholders to present progress to date and gather comments on the Consultation Document.
