We are holding an online consultation and walk-in session with a design workshop to assess how we can improve movements for sustainable transport through the junction of Battlefield Road / Grange Road / Prospecthill Road and Sinclair Drive.

We are investigating a number of options to improve public transport, pedestrian crossings, and the local environment.

New designs could see the implementation of:

• New public space and footways
• New pedestrian crossings
• Improved public transport
• Better conditions for cycling

This is to, improve road safety, provide better public spaces and reduce sustainable transport journey times.

• Reallocation of road space
• Cycle lanes

This is to, improve public space, increase the number of cyclists, improve road safety and reduce sustainable transport journey times.

Glasgow City Integration Joint Board are consulting on their draft Property Strategy 2017-2019.   The draft Property Strategy outlines the approach taken to strategic planning and utilisation of the property estate available to the Glasgow City IJB and the Health and Social Care Partnership, to support the aims of integration and delivery of effective, efficient health and social care services in Glasgow.

We are keen to gather feedback from a range of stakeholders on the draft Property Strategy before it is presented to the Integration Joint Board for approval later this year.

Please find enclosed the draft Property Strategy 2017-2019, and a consultation feedback form.  Details of how to respond to the consultation are on the form.  Responses are invited by Wednesday 23 August 2017.

This is a consultative draft of the Glasgow Community Plan. Community Planning brings together public agencies, the third sector and the private sector, to work to improve the city its services and the lives of people who live and work here.

The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act in 2015 means that we will publish a plan that sets out our shared priorities for the city, where we plan to make improvements and over time show that we have made these improvements. This document sets out these priority areas for consultation.
