What do we want to know?: The Licensing Board is consulting on its new draft Licensing Policy Statement and draft Overprovision Assessment. The draft Licensing Policy Statement sets out the Licensing Board’s proposed approach to the licensing and regulation of the sale of alcohol in Glasgow. Proposed changes to the current policy statement have been highlighted in yellow.
The draft Overprovision Assessment sets out proposed overprovision localities where there would be a presumption against the grant of further licences for the sale of alcohol.
A consultation document providing background information on the consultation has been prepared in order to assist in responding.
